Im going to court if i dont pay 650.00

I was told that I was going to be arrected and charged a felony for not paying back a payday loan. I received a call stating that I had to pay them within two hours. I also asked for the prosecuting attorneys name so that I can make payment arrangement myself and I was not given the name nor number of the prosecuting attorney.They have also called my job!!

HARASSING TELEMARKETER!! CALLED AND TRIED TO GET INFORMATION (IE FIRST NAME OF ATTORNEY, ADDRESS, ETC). SAID THEY WERE REFERRED BY "DAVID SMITH" AND WERE VAGUE AND EVASIVE. WHEN I ASKED WHERE THEY WAS CALLING FROM THEY REPLIED "FROM MY OFFICE DOWNTOWN" ... HANG UP!!!

I screen my calls so I do not pick it up. They call at all different times of the day and during the week even Sunday evening. I check my caller id and there are at least 3-4 calls per day.

This woman claiming to be from Bank of America asked for my dad's number, saying how it was weird that my number was down as his business number. My dad never did that.

we have told this recording that there is no one here for the name they are asking for and they continue to call 2 to 3 time everyday

leaves a msg about important matter i might be aware of.

monique, special investigator calling to let me knw i have a restraing order against me. I work for a law firm and if there was anything against me I would be the first to know. Harrassment is the best way to describe this call!

Please advise if this is a legitimate hpone call...i was told i owed $848.38 in outstanding loans which does not seem correct.

Had my credit card number and knew my name but for some reason I did not feel right after accepting promotion. I call back the number but only an automated machine picked up instantly hanging up on me. I dont know who this is, but I need to talk to someone because this is very unsettling.

This number shows on my caller id. These people keep calling--for the past month, and d.ont leave a message but rather hang up--recording the click of the phone. Its irritating because they call over 20 times a day

Finally, I answered my phone and someone spoke on the other end. Agent identified the company as "Smoke Relief" responding interest in e-cigarettes. I did look at this site and expressed interest. I informed the agent that his company had called my number over and over and over...... for weeks and no one ever responded when I ansered. I asked him to remove my number from their list and not to call my number again. We'll see if thry honor my request.

This number is calling us every evening... help, what can we do ?? Who is this ???
